CNC Laser Cutting Services
Our Mazak laser cutting machine is both dependable and flexible. It can cut any shape and design including curves and radii, and will leave a smooth edge. It virtually eliminates the need for tooling.
Cutting area is 48" x 48". 2D & 3D table can cut up to 1/4" Steel, 1/8" Stainless Steel, and 1/8" Aluminum. The laser will cut cold rolled and hot rolled Steel, INCo 625 and 718, Hastoloys and Galvanized materials. 3D pipe/tube cutting up to 11" diameter 360 degrees and can cut around square and rectangle tubing. We can perform continuous cutting without changing lenses or nozzles and on different materials of varying thicknesses.
